Reporting a calculation problem
If a result looks wrong, these details help us find the cause quickly:
- The page you were using, for example the age calculator or the date difference calculator.
- The dates you entered. The simplest way is to copy the page address after calculating, or use the result’s Share button, because the link includes your inputs.
- What you expected, and where the expected answer came from.
- Your device and browser, for example “iPhone, Safari” or “Windows, Chrome”.
Before you write, it’s worth checking our methodology and our guide to why age calculators sometimes disagree. Many differences come from conventions, such as how 29 February birthdays are counted, rather than errors.
